Registration and Login:
-Visit SportsNow.
– If you don’t have an account yet, create one with your email address.
– Log in with your access data.

Buy a Package (Abonnement)
-Select the desired subscription (Abonnement) (1-10 courses) under ‘Subscriptions’(Abonnement).
-Pay online to activate your subscription (Abonnement).

Book courses
-Go to the Festivalito Tango Primavera course overview.
-Select the desired courses according to your subscription (Abonnement) package.
-Confirm your bookings.

Rebooking
-You can change your booking yourself within anytime.
-Go to your profile under ‘My bookings’ and adjust your selection.
-Cancellations with refund except for a 20 CHF cancellation fee is possible until 3 weeks before. After that we cannot refund. Thank you for your understanding.

Registrieren & Einloggen
-Besuche SportsNow.
-Falls du noch kein Konto hast, erstelle eins mit deiner E-Mail-Adresse.
-Melde dich mit deinen Zugangsdaten an.

Abo kaufen
-Wähle unter „Abonnements“ das gewünschte Abo (1–10 Kurse).
-Bezahle online, um dein Abo zu aktivieren.

Kurse buchen
-Gehe zur Kursübersicht des Festivalito Tango Primavera.
-Wähle die gewünschten Kurse entsprechend deiner Abo-Kapazität aus.
-Bestätige deine Buchungen.

Umbuchung
-Du kannst deine Buchung jederzeit selbstständig ändern.
-Gehe in dein Profil unter „Meine Buchungen“ und passe deine Auswahl an.
-Stornierungen mit Refund sind bis zu 3 Wochen vorher möglich mit einer Stornogebühr von 20 CHF
Ab 3 Wochen vorher sind keine Refunds mehr möglich siehe unten die AGBs.

General terms and conditions PLEASE READ

The workshop fees must be paid at the time of registration. You can cancel your registration up to 3 weeks before the workshop and receive a refund, minus a processing fee of 20 Swiss Francs. Cancellations made less than 3 weeks before the workshop cannot be refunded.

Within an abonnement, courses can be modified through your account anytime the Festivalito as long there are free spots in the corresponding class. If you cancel your registration or part of you registration there is a admin fee of CHF 20. If you return individual courses within an abonnement, the price of the new, lower-tier abonnement will apply, plus a processing fee of CHF 20.

Insurance is the responsibility of the participants.

For partner courses, the registering participant is responsible for bringing a partner. This partner cannot be registered in Sportnow.

The workshops will only take place with a minimum number of participants. The organization reserves the right to cancel classes up to 3 days before they are scheduled to start without providing a replacement. In this case, we will refund the fees you have paid in advance.

Courses booked on-site during the Festivalito cost CHF 45 per course.
