In September 2009, Unesco declared the Argentine tango a World Heritage and placed it on the list of intangible cultural assets worthy of protection.
Zurich has had a very active tango culture for many years, with numerous schools, concerts, milongas and larger and smaller events.
Since 2007, the Festivalito Zurich has established itself as an important pillar of the Zurich tango scene.
Organised as an association, we bring world-renowned artists and teachers to Zurich, hire top-class DJs and use atmospheric locations for the milongas.
Our focus is on quality and personal contact with artists, dancers and visitors.
